This policy explains what personal data Ekolipid Green Trading B.V. collects through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
1 Data controller
Ekolipid Green Trading B.V., registered in the Netherlands, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce is in progress; the KVK number, VAT/BTW number and registered address will be published here on completion. Contact: info@ekolipid.com.
2 What we collect
Through the inquiry form we collect your name, company, business email and the content of your message. Our server logs record IP address, browser type and time of request for security purposes. Analytics cookies, if you accept them, record anonymised usage statistics.
3 Purpose and legal basis
We process inquiry data to answer your request and to enter into or perform a commercial contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics cookies are set only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4 Cookies
Necessary cookies keep the site functioning and store your cookie choice; they cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies are loaded only after you press “Accept all” in the cookie banner. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
5 Retention
Inquiry correspondence is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and for 7 years afterwards where Dutch tax law requires it. Server logs are deleted after 90 days. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
6 Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by our hosting provider inside the European Union and, where you consent to analytics, by our analytics provider. Any transfer outside the EEA is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7 Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data; restrict or object to processing; and request data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to info@ekolipid.com - we respond within one month.
8 Complaints
If you believe we process your data unlawfully you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), Postbus 93374, 2509 AJ Den Haag, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
