1 Agreeing commercial terms
Ekolipid Green Trading B.V. agrees commercial terms individually for each transaction. Price, volume, delivery terms, payment terms and delivery window are set per shipment and reflect the product, the destination and the requirements of the buyer.
2 What forms the agreement
Agreed terms are confirmed in the applicable quotation, the purchase or sales agreement and the related commercial documentation issued for the transaction. Those documents, together, are what governs a given supply.
